At Male Grooming Supplies, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your grooming standards, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the item is unused and in its original box. Securely pack the products to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
